My Professional Makeover session with Ron by Judith Arkes

Yesterday, Ron was a great help to me on various levels. I had two priorities, mainly to change my resume to a "functional" one and to understand how "Linkedin" works. He emailed me a format a few days before and rewrote it yesterday. He gave me a list of groups to join on Linkedin and I found one or two others. But he also gave me advice about how the interview process is now going. The interviewers are really interested in your thinking processes. Everything changes and the older worker must now be as savvy if not savvier than the younger ones. We also discussed researching the company. I usually check website, stock exchange and in some cases pay a fee
